Company overview
JASAME HR Consulting Ltd is a private limited liability company registered and licensed to operate in Uganda, with connections in Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya and the United Kingdom. We were founded in 2006 to bridge a gap in consultancy that had been limited to basic human resource functions, and were officially registered and activated in 2008.
Our team leader and senior consultants have delivered volumes of desk top consultancy, management training and development, recruitment and selection, business development, and strategic and human resource management consultancies for a large number of clients in Uganda and Tanzania.
The practice is staffed by a managing director and lead consultant, two senior consultants, eight external associate consultants, a marketing manager, an outsourced accountant, support staff and a panel of associate research assistants.

Milestones
- 2006 JASAME founded in Uganda to bridge a gap in consultancy that had been limited to basic human resource functions.
- 2008 Officially registered and activated as a private limited liability company; first employee opinion surveys and performance management installations delivered.
- 2010s Practice broadens into HR policy and manual writing, job descriptions, salary surveys, customer care and defensive driving training across hospitality, retail, manufacturing and government.
- 2016 First assignments outside Uganda recorded in South Sudan, staff recruitment for Sahara Motors and Baltic Control.
- 2020 Job evaluation and salary survey consultancy, supervisory skills training, and youth skills development in Tororo and Mbale.

Ochwo Stephen
Information, Technology & Communication Consultant
Over 10 years in ICT consultancy and delivery. Cloud infrastructure management and migration, website design and development, ICT procurement, systems installation and network configuration, and artificial intelligence adoption for business. Also leads digital marketing, data protection and systems documentation, and trains client teams on the tools they are given.
Stella Adikin
Managing Director / CEO / Lead Consultant
Over 12 years in human resource management consultancy and eight in marketing. MBA (HR), BHRM. Certified in bank operations, performance management and professional selling skills. Leads HR management and development, organisational development and general management assignments.
Susan Nanyange
Senior Consultant / Partner
Ten years of professional HR experience. MA in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, BBA. Trained in international leadership for young professionals, contractualisation of service providers and partnership benchmarking.
Caroline Nyafamba
Administration Officer / HR Consultant
Bachelor of Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, with three years in administration. Applies her HR training to recruitment and selection administration, personnel records and contract documentation, leave and attendance registers, and payroll and statutory filing support. Coordinates training logistics and client correspondence, and keeps assignment files audit-ready.

Fifteen years in financial management. MBA, ACCA, BA (Accounting), Diploma in Business Administration. Finance specialist and monitoring and evaluation specialist for the financial sector.
